Cisco Meraki

Cloud-managed networking from Cisco

Cisco Meraki is Cisco's cloud-managed networking brand. We deploy Meraki switches, wireless and security appliances where a single cloud dashboard across sites — rather than box-by-box configuration — fits a customer's branch or multi-site footprint.

Why source Cisco Meraki through Tanrova Rise

  • We handle dashboard setup, templates and licensing so multi-site rollouts stay consistent.
  • Zero-touch provisioning means new branches can go live without a local network engineer on site.
  • One Tanrova Rise support contract covers the whole Meraki estate across every location.

Cisco Meraki — frequently asked questions

Does Meraki need a subscription, or is it a one-time purchase?
Meraki hardware is paired with a license term that covers cloud management, support and firmware updates — it isn't a one-time, unmanaged purchase like a standalone router. We'll quote the hardware and license term together so there's no surprise renewal.
Is Meraki a good fit for a single-office business, or only multi-site?
It works for a single site too — the cloud dashboard just becomes more valuable the more locations you add. If you're single-site and expect to stay that way, we'll also show you the non-Meraki Cisco option for comparison.
What happens if our internet connection drops — does the network stop working?
No — Meraki devices keep running on their last-known configuration locally; only the cloud dashboard view and new config pushes are affected until connectivity returns.
